Role: Completions Field Specialist

Location: Brisbane, QLD

Type of contract: Permanent

Roster: Full Time

Job Description:

· Maintaining safe, efficient, and reliable services to customers.

· Identify opportunities to improve service delivery, implements standard work, and

manage, risk during service delivery.

· Ensure job deliverables are accurate and delivered on time.

· Plan, prepare and execute service delivery to the customer.

· Participate in job risk analysis and continual improvement programs.

· Develop customer contacts to promote company products and services.

· Ensure company and regulatory standard compliance by implementing the

Compliance Assessment Tool (CAT), self-assessments, and wellsite inspections.

· Participate in HSE and Quality initiatives.

· Wear PPE and observe HSE policies.

· Maintain the required safety training.

· Running multiple applications in the Well Upper and Lower Completions.

· Collaborating with internal stakeholders to provide support to customers and fulfill

customer requirements

· Maintaining work records and communications to ensure compliance.

· Prepare equipment in the workshop and at the wellsite to provide completion services.

· Leading a job with a team and ensuring that all safety protocols and ensuring that all procedures are adhered to.

Qualifications and Experience:

· Have the full right to live and work in Australia

· Min 2-year Diploma in relevant discipline desirable

· Min 5 years relevant experience as a Completions Field Specialist in offshore environment working with any of the following:

Upper Completions
Lower Completions with Sand Control Tools
Safety Valves
Packers
Control line include termination on tubing hanger

· Proficiency in Well Completions

· Strong Project Management and HSSE skills

· Fluency in English
