Casual Position | Hawthorne, QLD

Lash Bar Australia is expanding and we are looking for a talented, reliable and career-focused Lash & Beauty Specialist to join our team in our beautiful new Hawthorne salon.

With two busy salons and a loyal clientele built over more than 14 years, this is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about the beauty industry and looking for a workplace where they can grow, develop and build a long-term career.

We are seeking someone who is not only skilled and professional but also values punctuality, teamwork and creating exceptional experiences for every client.

About the Role

You will provide high-quality lash and beauty services while helping us maintain the outstanding reputation we have built within our community.

Your duties may include:

• Classic, Hybrid and Volume Lash Extensions

• Facial waxing and tinting

• Lash lifts and brow laminations

• Spray tanning

• Body waxing

• Facials

• Cosmetic tattooing

• Makeup services

• Nails

• Maintaining exceptional salon cleanliness and hygiene standards

• Delivering outstanding customer service and building lasting client relationships

• Assisting with salon organisation and stock management

• Continuing to develop your skills through ongoing training and education

What We're Looking For

We are looking for someone who wants more than just a job—we want someone who is looking for a long-term home where they can grow with our business.

Ideally, you will have:

• Experience and certification in eyelash extensions

• Experience in facial waxing and tinting

• A Certificate III or IV in Beauty Services or a Diploma of Beauty Therapy (preferred)

• Cosmetic Tattoo Experience (preferred)

• Excellent attention to detail and pride in your work

• Outstanding customer service and communication skills

• A positive, friendly and professional attitude

• A strong work ethic with proven reliability and punctuality

• The ability to work both independently and as part of a supportive team

• Availability for some late nights and Saturdays

• A genuine passion for ongoing learning and professional development
