Join Deaf Connect as a Quality Management Specialist and play a key role in strengthening quality systems, compliance, and continuous improvement across our organisation. This is an opportunity to influence how quality is embedded across services, support organisational excellence, and contribute to meaningful outcomes for the communities we serve.
This is a parental leave contract through to April 2027, offering 0.8 FTE flexibility and a hybrid working arrangement, with a mix of work from home and office-based work.
About the role:
As our Quality Management Specialist, you will lead and support the ongoing development, implementation and monitoring of Deaf Connect's Quality Management Framework. Working collaboratively across the organisation, you will drive a culture of continuous improvement, risk awareness, accountability and best practice.
This is a strategic and hands-on role that combines quality management, audit coordination, compliance monitoring, continuous improvement initiatives, and privacy oversight, while partnering with leaders to strengthen systems, processes and organisational performance.
