The Opportunity

This is an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Specialist with 2+ years’ experience to play an important role in delivering engaging marketing activity across digital and traditional channels.

Working closely with the marketing team and the COO, you will support the execution of campaigns that increase brand awareness, generate leads and strengthen customer engagement. You’ll be involved across content creation, social media, website updates, CRM activity, email marketing and campaign reporting.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys being hands-on, bringing creative ideas to life, analysing campaign results and continuously improving how we engage with our customers and partners.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Support the planning, creation and delivery of marketing campaigns across digital and traditional channels including website, social media, email and customer communications.

  • Assist with the development and scheduling of social media content, email campaigns and marketing materials.

  • Create engaging written and visual content that aligns with Finance One’s brand and customer objectives.

  • Support website updates, content optimisation and SEO improvements.

  • Assist with CRM management including customer segmentation, campaign setup and lead nurturing activities.

  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports using tools such as GA4, social media analytics and CRM insights.

  • Assist with paid advertising activities, including campaign setup, optimisation and reporting.

  • Work with internal stakeholders and external partners to coordinate marketing activity and deliver campaigns effectively.

  • Identify opportunities to improve customer engagement, campaign performance and marketing processes.

  • Support broader business initiatives and marketing projects across Finance One and other entities within the Investor’s Central Group.

Skills and Experience
  • 2+ years’ experience in a marketing coordinator, digital marketing or marketing specialist role.

  • Qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business or a related discipline highly regarded.

  • Experience supporting digital marketing campaigns across social media, websites, email and digital advertising channels.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with an excellent eye for detail.

  • Basic understanding of SEO principles, paid advertising and digital marketing best practices.

  • Experience using analytics tools such as GA4, Meta Business Suite or similar platforms.

  • Experience with CRM platforms and email marketing tools (HubSpot experience highly regarded).

  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.

  • A proactive attitude with strong attention to detail and willingness to learn.

  • Creative mindset with an interest in testing ideas and improving campaign outcomes.

  • Basic understanding of website platforms/CMS tools (Umbraco experience highly regarded).

  • Sound understanding of using AI to facilitate workflows (primarily in Claude, ChatGPT and Lovable).
