Your day-to-day will include

• Accounts receivable, progress claims, invoicing and debtors management
• Accounts payable including subcontractor claims and payment processing
• Bank and credit card reconciliations
• Month-end support (journals, accruals, prepayments, balance sheet recs)
• Payroll processing and statutory reporting support (BAS, payroll tax, WorkCover)
• Using Xero Software
• Maintaining fixed assets, leases and guarantees
• Contributing to finance system and process improvements

This role will suit you if:

• You have 3+ years experience in accounting, bookkeeping or finance
• You’re detail-driven, organised, and enjoy working within clear systems
• You’re qualified (or working towards) Accounting, CA or CPA
• You’re confident in Excel and comfortable managing multiple priorities
• You want to grow with a business that invests in its people
