Home Reset Specialist

About the role

As a Home Reset Specialist at Align Cleaning Co, you will be responsible for providing thorough and efficient cleaning services to residential properties in the Moreton Bay area.

This is a casual role, offering flexibility to work around your other commitments.

Working hours are 8am- 3pm Monday -Friday

What you'll be doing

• Conducting deep cleaning and resetting of homes, including vacuuming, mopping, dusting, and sanitising all surfaces

• Ensuring a high standard of cleanliness and organisation throughout the property

• Identifying and addressing any maintenance or repair issues during the cleaning process

• Providing exceptional customer service by communicating clearly with clients and addressing any concerns

• Adhering to all health, safety, and environmental regulations

• Maintaining a professional and positive attitude at all times

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a cleaning or home maintenance role, preferably in a residential setting (not mandatory)

• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and thoroughly

• Good communication skills and a customer-focused approach

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

• A clean criminal record and the ability to pass a background check

• Physical fitness and the ability to stand, bend, and lift for extended periods
