Cost Accountant

We are exclusively partnering with a leading manufacturing business to recruit a Cost / Management Accountant to join their finance team.

This is a fast-paced, commercially focused role where strong cost accounting experience is essential. You will work closely with production and senior leaders, providing insight that drives performance, efficiency, and decision-making across the business.

Key duties include:

• Preparation and analysis of product costing, variances, and margins
• Partnering with production and operations to understand cost drivers
• Supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Providing commercial insights to support operational decision-making
• Continuous improvement of costing systems and reporting processes
