Senior eCommerce Specialist

We’re entering a growth stage and hiring a Senior Ecommerce Specialist to own digital execution end-to-end.

In this hands-on senior specialist role you’ll step into a high-trust position with real ownership and visibility, working closely with the Marketing Manager to execute the day-to-day of MMMI’s digital channels. You will run paid ads, build and deploy email marketing strategy, manage Shopify operations and merchandising, and drive on-page SEO and conversion improvements; turning overarching strategy into precise execution and measurable growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage campaign execution across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and Google Ads. Optimising and reporting on budget pacing, A/B testing, and ROAS.

• Build, deploy, and optimise flows via Klaviyo to drive revenue and customer retention.

• Oversee site merchandising, product catalogue management, theme management, and pre-launch QA for new collection launches.

• Identify and implement on-page SEO improvements and run data-backed A/B tests to boost conversion rates
