We achieve this growth by working smarter, not harder - with a highly experienced offshore processing team and dedicated Client Service Coordinators handling admin and compliance so our Managers can focus on clients, quality work, and career growth.

The Role
We're looking for a Manager, Business Services who wants to:

• Own a client portfolio from day one

• Focus on client relationships, reviewing work, and technical growth

• Work in a modern, future proofed, innovative business

• Collaborate with the team on portfolio growth and complex projects

You'll be supported by:

• A Client Service Coordinator for all client admin and liaison

• Our offshore processing team (10+ years' experience) for the grunt work

• A senior accountant for complex assignments

This role is designed for impact, not paperwork, with a clear pathway to Associate or Director in a growing firm.

Who We're Looking For

• CA or CPA qualified (or in final stages)

• Experienced in business services / public practice accounting

• Motivated by client-facing work, variety, and career progression

• Ready to work smarter, not harder, in a connected, supportive team
