About your role

As an Administration Officer within Specialist Outpatients, you will provide high-quality administrative and customer service support to patients, clinicians and healthcare teams.

In this role, you will:

• Coordinate patient appointments, bookings and clinic schedules
• Manage cancellations, rescheduling and waiting lists
• Welcome and assist patients attending outpatient clinics
• Process patient check-in and check-out activities
• Maintain accurate patient records and data entry systems
• Support administrative functions across multiple clinic locations

About you

You are a friendly, organised and customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and working as part of a team. 

You will demonstrate:

• Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Experience working in a busy administrative environment
• Excellent organisational and time management skills
• High attention to detail and data accuracy
• Healthcare administration experience is highly regarded
