Hours: Approx. 16 hours per week (negotiated dependant upon applicant needs)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Payroll and Administration Relief Officer to provide coverage during periods of leave and peak workload. This role will have a strong focus on payroll relief, supported by a range of general administrative responsibilities across the business.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe primary focus of this role is to provide payroll support, including:
Payroll processing relief and support
Completion and lodgement of permanent payroll reporting requirements, including:
Superannuation reporting
Monthly payroll tax reporting
Additional relieving responsibilities include:
Accounts payable and accounts receivable processing
Workshop administration support
General administrative and office duties as required
To be successful in this role, you will ideally have:
Previous experience in all aspects of payroll processing and compliance
Sound understanding of superannuation and payroll tax obligations
Experience with accounts payable and receivable functions
High level of accuracy
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Confidence working independently in a relief capacity
Good communication and time management skills
Proficiency in common accounting and office software
A supportive team environment
