Full-time Senior leadership sales management investment property & finance with an OTE $300K

Are you a sales leader who drives teams to perform, not just manage them? PWF is looking for a Head of Sales to take full ownership of our conversion pipeline — from first appointment to closed deal.

You'll lead a high-performing team of telemarketers, consultants, and senior investment strategists, working with warm leads generated by our marketing department. Your job is to maximise every opportunity and ensure no lead goes to waste.

What you'll be doing

• Driving sales performance and conversion rates across the full pipeline

• Managing, coaching, and developing a multidisciplinary sales team

• Overseeing appointments set by telemarketers, consultants, and senior investment strategists

• Acting as the key liaison between the property sales and finance teams

• Implementing training frameworks that lift individual and team performance

• Reporting directly to senior leadership on KPIs, conversions, and pipeline health

What we're looking for

• Proven track record in senior sales leadership in senior sales leadership — you've built teams and hit targets.

• Minimum of 2-3 years of senior sales leadership experience is required.

• Experience in property, finance, or investment sales (highly regarded)

• Strong coaching ability — you make the people around you better

• A natural problem-solver who can cut through complexity and keep deals moving

• Someone who thrives under pressure and leads by example
