About the role:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Credit Administration Officer to join our Corporate Operations team in Brisbane.

This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual eager to develop expertise in both bilateral and syndicated lending operation. You will play a key role in supporting Relationship Managers Team throughout the lending lifecycle, from KYC verification and documentation to settlement and beyond.

Key Responsibilities:

· Review and verify KYC documentation for corporate borrowers, guarantors, and related parties, ensuring all submitted materials comply with internal Compliance requirements and checklists.

· Read and review facility documentation for both Bilateral and Syndicated loans to ensure all operational details align with approved credit terms.

· Check and review the satisfaction of all Conditions Precedent to ensure all legal and documentation prerequisites are fully met prior to loan funding.

· Interpret and verify Drawdown Notices and Rollover Notices to understand utilization requirements, ensuring the accurate execution of interest periods, tranches, and funding dates.

· Perform high-accuracy data entry, inputting client profiles, facility limits, loan details, and fee collection into core banking systems to complete the transaction processing lifecycle.

· Prepare regulatory reports and adhere to all practices, procedures and regulations in performing daily duties.

· Assist with system enhancements and process improvements initiatives.

· Other Ad hoc duties assigned by Operations Manager.

Requirement:

· Minimum 1 year of experience in Banking or financial services, preferably in lending operations, settlement, or loan administration

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

· Highly organized with strong attention to detail and multitask capability

· Professional fluent level Mandarin proficiency required for both written and spoken communication
