$33.70 p/h + Superannuation (Casual Rate)

We are seeking an experienced Administration Assistant to join a busy manufacturing team in Brendale. This is initially a 6-week holiday relief role, with the opportunity to secure a permanent position for the right person.
 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answering and directing incoming phone calls

  • Payroll administration

  • Preparing feedback and reporting documentation

  • Data entry and maintaining database systems

  • Entering accounts payable invoices

  • Processing parts and purchase orders

  • General administrative support

  • Assisting the team with day-to-day office operations

About You:

  • Previous administration experience

  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Excel and Word

  • Experience using database systems

  • Previous experience within a manufacturing environment would be highly regarded

  • Experience with systems such as Pilot and Smart Toolbox would be highly regarded

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • High attention to detail

  • Friendly, positive attitude and willingness to be part of the team

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
