With extensive inventory across both branches — from marquees and furniture to catering equipment and event infrastructure — we support everything from small private functions to large-scale corporate and festival events.

About the Role

We’re looking for a highly organised and client-focused Event Hire Coordinator to join our fast-paced office team.

This is a people + organisation role, where you’ll help bring events to life by coordinating client bookings, managing details, and ensuring smooth communication from enquiry through to delivery. What matters is your attitude, organisation, and ability to keep things moving.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage client enquiries via phone and email

  • Prepare and coordinate event hire bookings

  • Maintain accurate client records and job details

  • Liaise with operations and warehouse teams

  • Manage ordering and Accounts Payable approvals

  • Assist with general administration tasks

  • Support marketing activities (social media, website updates, SEO)

  • Ensure a high level of customer service at all times

Skills & Experience

✅ Minimum 4+ years in office admin, coordination, or hospitality
✅ Strong communication skills (written & verbal)
✅ Excellent organisation and time management
✅ Ability to prioritise and multitask in a fast-paced environment
✅ High attention to detail
✅ Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
