About the Role
This is more than just data entry. We’re looking for someone who will take ownership of their role, ensuring information is entered, maintained, and managed with precision and care. You’ll work closely with our team to support day-to-day operations and help keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Accurate and timely data entry across various systems
Maintaining organised and up-to-date records
Assisting with general administrative tasks as needed
Communicating with team members to ensure data integrity

What We’re Looking For

Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
Construction industry experience preferred
Strong numerical skills and confidence working with data
A proactive attitude and willingness to take ownership of your work
Ability to thrive in a small, team-oriented office environment
Reliable, organised, and self-motivated
Previous data entry or admin experience is preferred

What We Offer

Salary package between $65,000 – $70,000 with a willingness to review at the end of probation based on performance
