Kehoe Myers is looking for an office administrator to support our team with scheduling, report and proposal preparation, reception duties, and general office duties.

Kehoe Myers is a leading professional consulting engineering firm, specialising in Civil, Structural, and Hydraulic Engineering. We have successfully delivered a broad range of projects across Australia, including subdivisions and infrastructure works, as well as high-profile developments in the aviation, retail, commercial, healthcare, and education sectors.
With a team of approximately 32 people, our head office is based in Toowoomba, supported by offices in Brisbane and the Sunshine Coast. At Kehoe Myers, we are committed to creating a positive and supportive workplace culture that encourages wellbeing, continuous improvement and professional growth.
The Role:
You will work closely with project leads, team members, and clients to coordinate activities, manage schedules, and provide support to ensure the smooth running of our office.
The responsibilities of the role include:
Scheduling engineering inspections.
Assist with report preparation and proposal/tender preparation.
Develop and maintain project documentation, including schedules, task lists, and status reports.
Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, and record minutes.
Communicate with internal teams and external stakeholders to ensure project requirements are understood and met.
Reception, invoicing and general office duties.
We will provide all the training necessary for you to be successful in your role.
The Successful Applicant:
The successful applicant will receive training but will ideally possess:
Strong organisational, multitasking and communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite.
Positive and proactive attitude.
Curious and motivated mindset.
