🎯 About the Role

This is a senior sales role focused on winning new business and growing existing accounts across Australia, with a strong focus on the Brisbane market.

You will:

Build and manage high-value customer relationships
Identify and secure new business opportunities
Work closely with operations to deliver tailored transport solutions
Manage key client contracts and pricing strategies
Drive revenue growth and profitability
Contribute to strategic business decisions as part of the leadership team

Maintain >90% retention of existing clients

🧠 What We’re Looking For

Minimum 5 years’ experience in FTL / heavy transport sales
Strong understanding of heavy vehicle operations and logistics
Proven ability to grow accounts and win new business
Commercial mindset with strong negotiation skills
Confident communicator who enjoys building relationships
Proactive and results-driven approach
Valid Australian driver’s licence
