As our Office Manager, you'll take ownership of the administration, finance and operational support functions of the business, ensuring our people, systems, compliance requirements and day-to-day operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Reporting directly to the General Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the leadership team, improving business processes, and helping drive the continued growth and success of Q Power.
Your responsibilities will include:
Coordinating the day-to-day administration of the business
Managing payroll processing and employee administration
Managing accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing processes
Maintaining company documentation, licences, training records and compliance requirements
Supporting recruitment, onboarding and employee administration activities
Managing fleet, equipment, facilities and office administration requirements
Maintaining business systems, records, procedures and documentation
Supporting the leadership team with reporting, business planning and operational administration
Identifying and implementing opportunities to improve systems, processes and efficiency across the business
Taking ownership of administrative, financial and operational support functions to ensure the business runs efficiently and effectively
This is a hands-on role with plenty of variety and genuine responsibility. One day you may be managing payroll and finance processes, the next coordinating compliance requirements, onboarding a new team member, managing fleet requirements, or improving a business system.

To be successful in this role, you'll have:
Previous experience as an Office Manager, Administration Manager, Business Support Manager, Operations Coordinator, Executive Assistant or similar role
Experience managing payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable and invoicing functions
Strong organisational and time management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
The ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
A proactive approach to problem solving and continuous improvement
Confidence managing business systems, documentation and compliance requirements
Strong attention to detail and a willingness to take ownership
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word and Teams)
