We are seeking a candidate with a strong background in both Administration processes and Operational execution.

The Site Supervisor / Administration role will assist in managing the day to day operations of the business, through load planning and fleet allocation, liaising with customer and staff needs and requirements to support an efficient operation. The primary functions of the role are to:

Accurately record timesheet information for payroll, billing and KPIs
Manage daily loads requested and liaise with customer to confirm any changes to plan
Liaise with yard team to ensure correct paperwork and product is identified and picked
Allocate drivers to runs
Communicate delays with customers
Undertake Safety observations
Other administrative duties as required

Work hours will be 5:30am – 2:30pm Monday to Friday.

To be successful with your application you must be familiar with MS Office applications (Word, Excel and Outlook), be able to adapt quickly to the role and have:

a good focus/attention to detail,
Good organisational and communication skills
comfort working with numbers, formulas and datasheets,
diligence completing assigned tasks

Some transport industry experience is preferred, however the successful applicant will be shown how to complete all assigned tasks.

Please note that the premises are not easily accessed by public transport.
