About the Role

The role of Administration Assistant provides a range of data entry, administration support and office management to support the effective operations of the Easec team through providing:

  • Database Management

  • Entry of referral information for injury management cases

  • Finance support - entry of remittance details and uploading invoices

  • Administration support to allied health staff to keep systems efficient

  • Reception and customer service

About You

  • Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in Administration within a professional office environment

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accurate data entry and reporting

  • Awesome communication and customer service skills and the ability to interact with a broad range of stakeholders

  • Able to follow instructions

  • Strong organisational skills, the ability to problem solve and prioritise multiple tasks

  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, & Outlook, and ability to learn other databases and systems
