About Us
We are a growing food manufacturing company specialising in chef-prepared ready meals, foodservice components and handheld products for retail, private label and foodservice clients across Australia.
Sales Manager
We’re looking for someone to take ownership of our foodservice sales and drive the next phase of growth.
This isn’t a sit-back account management role. You’ll be expected to grow existing customers, bring in new business, and push our wholesale offering forward. You’ll have the freedom to do it your way—but you’ll be accountable for the result.
We’re after someone who already knows the industry, has a strong network, and can hit the ground running. You’re organised, self-directed, and comfortable working without hand-holding. You know how to build relationships, close deals, and keep momentum.
What you’ll be doing:
Driving sales, margin, and customer retention.
Growing existing accounts while bringing in new business across hospitality and foodservice.
Using your network and industry contacts to open doors and win work.
Spotting opportunities and helping us grow our market share.
Taking ownership of the wholesale growth strategy and improving it as you go.
Keeping your pipeline organised – staying on top of leads, follow-ups, and opportunities.
Working closely with our team to make sure customers are looked after properly.
Getting out on the road when needed and keep things moving.
What you bring:
At least 3 years’ experience in B2B foodservice or wholesale sales (essential).
A strong network of industry contacts you can tap into straight away.
Proven ability to manage and grow a varied customer base.
Confident negotiating, building relationships, and closing deals.
Solid knowledge of food products – ideally meat cuts, specs, and yields (essential).
Strong commercial and financial acumen – you have driven margin and gross profit.
Organised and self-driven – you can manage your time, pipeline, and priorities.
Able to work independently while staying connected with the wider team.
Practical mindset – you can think ahead but also get things done day-to-day.
Willing to travel as needed and hold a valid Australian driver’s licence.
What we offer:
Immediate start available (preferred).
Quality product range and an established customer base to build on.
The opportunity to take ownership and make a real impact.
Flexibility and autonomy to manage your time and approach.
A straightforward, no-nonsense work environment.
If you know the industry, have the contacts, and want a role with autonomy and accountability, we’d like to hear from you.
