About the Role

We're looking for an organised, proactive, and tech-savvy Administrative Support & Social Media Coordinator to join our team.

This is a varied role combining administration, client support, general office duties, database management, and social media. You'll help keep the office running smoothly, communicate with clients, support our Matchmakers behind the scenes, and work directly with Linda, the business owner, assisting with coordinating and creating social media content and ideas.

 About You

If you're highly organised, have excellent attention to detail, enjoy working with people, and are interested in technology, AI, and social media (or keen to learn more), we'd love to hear from you.

We're looking for someone who is proactive, adaptable, enjoys learning new things, and takes pride in getting the job done well.

Once fully trained and established in the role (approximately six months), you'll have the opportunity to finish at 1:00 pm on two Fridays each month.  

Position Details
  • Full-time, 38 hours per week

  • Monday to Friday, 9:30 am – 5:30 pm

  • Brisbane CBD location

  • Immediate start available

The Successful Candidate Will Possess
  • Outstanding communication skills and a professional phone manner

  • Strong customer service experience and a genuine passion for helping people

  • Advanced computer literacy and confidence with technology

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook/Gmail

  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

  • The ability to quickly learn and adapt to database systems and new software

  • A proactive, positive, and solutions-focused approach

  • Confidence, professionalism, and a strong work ethic

  • A polished personal presentation

  • The ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team

  • A genuine commitment to providing exceptional client experiences

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing inbound and outbound client communications via phone, email, and in person

  • Processing client enrolments, data entry, and maintaining accurate records

  • Managing membership payments, monitoring arrears, and updating payment records

  • Preparing documents, printing, filing, and providing general administrative support

  • Assisting Matchmakers with various projects and operational tasks

  • Creating and scheduling engaging social media content across multiple platforms

  • Developing promotional and client nurture campaign content

  • Maintaining marketing and client communication records
