About the Role

Conrad Eye Care a private Ophthalmology practice in Auchenflower is seeking a dedicated experienced Office Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of our vibrant medical practice. Uniform and secure car parking available.

This a part time role, working 3 to 4 days per week, between the hours of 6:45am to 5pm. We are seeking a driven leader, keen on shaping a high-performing, patient-focused environment that supports both our clinical team and the wider community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth running of the practice

  • Lead and support the admin/clinical team – recruitment, training, rosters

  • Liaise with doctors, nurses, patients, and external stakeholders professionally

  • Implement and refine systems, procedures, and policies to improve service delivery

  • Ensure full compliance with healthcare regulations and standards

  • Overseeing daily and weekly banking, accounts payable/receivable, quarterly financial reporting

  • Oversee day-to-day administration and reception operations, while working on reception

 What We're Looking For

  • Demonstrated leadership and people management experience

  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills

  • Ability to problem-solve and implement process improvements

  • Strong organisational and time management abilities

  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make decisions under pressure

  • Experience and knowledge of Medicare, DVA and Health Funds

  • Experience with VIP, Genie Medical Software
