Qualifications & experience

• Minimum 5 years of steady successful experience in delivering exceptional service with an understanding of customer needs, managing expectations, and delivering on commitments.

• Comprehensive computer skills including Microsoft, Excel, CRM and ERP.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively with superb time management skills.

• Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to learn new systems/processes quickly.

• Enthusiasm, motivation with a strong work ethic where you take pride in your work.

Tasks & responsibilities

• Providing first class sales support to the field sales team and customers in a prompt and professional manner.

• Creating customer quotations and periodic reports.

• Analyzing customer usage and stock holdings to ensure supply chain fulfillment is optimized.

• Management of trial product issuing and customer follow up.

• Ensuring CRM is consistently updated and accurate.

• Supporting the team by accurately reporting on customer contracted KPI's and results.

• Liaising with Sales, Production & Operations Management teams to provide insight on customer/business activities.

• Managing compliance on customer inbound data.
