We are a Leading Electronic security services Company that specializes In Security, Electrical, Automation, Data/Networking and Air-conditioning. Located In Brisbane and servicing all areas across South East Queensland.

We are currently seeking an outgoing person to fill the role of administrative assistant in our busy service team. You will assist with planning daily operations and scheduling of service work across the Brisbane area.

You will be responsible for Assisting and coordinating the work of the service team with the use of scheduling software with the support of the Service Manager and a team of amazing technicians.  

About the role: 

·         Work autonomously, assisting a highly effective team to assist with rostering requirements.

·         Assist our operations team with various administrative tasks

·         Assist with daily reconciliation of time sheets and record keeping

·         Answer phone calls and emails

·         Data entry and maintaining accurate records and Document Management

·         Attend to license checking and other compliance related tasks

·         Effectively communicate with employees and stakeholders across the business

·         Take advantage of excellent opportunities for growth and career progression

·         This role offers the ability to learn, innovate and take on new challenges

What a successful candidate looks like:

·         Proven experience in administration with direct experience in rostering / workforce planning and scheduling an advantage

·         Good problem-solving skills and an ability to adapt to last minute changes appropriately

·         Outstanding interpersonal skills

·         Excellent time management skills

·         Well-spoken with effective written communication skills are essential with a friendly demeanor and positive attitude to match

·         The ability to self-manage and take a task from start to completion

·         Being highly organized

You don't require previous experience in a similar role or have industry knowledge as training and on-going support will be given. You will be highly motivated, quick on the uptake, confident, and organized. 

You will also have:

·         previous office admin experience and/or a tertiary qualification

·         demonstrated organizational, time management and planning skills

·         initiative and problem-solving skills

·         the demonstrated ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

·         Microsoft Office skills and be comfortable learning new applications
