Sales Support Administrator

About our Opportunity 

As a Sales Support Administrator, you will be an integral team member supporting customers with enquiries as well as the sales team. You will join a professional, close-knit team that strives to provide an exceptional level of customer service.

This is a varied role, but a typical day will involve: 

• Manager and service of assigned customer accounts
• Checking and releasing of sales orders
• Keying and amending sales orders
• Responding to email and telephone enquiries
• Liaising with Manufacturing and Dispatch to update delivery dates for customer orders
• Providing technical solutions and quotations for sales enquiries
• Providing back office support to the External Sales team
• Troubleshoot solutions to improve the customer experience

About You

Ideally, you'll have customer service and/or administration experience with the capability of lateral thinking when resolving problems that arise. Along with a keenness to learn and work as part of a collaborative team. You will be a well-organised team player who is pragmatic in your approach to providing quality customer service and who appreciates the importance of getting the details right.

In addition, you will bring:

• Ability to quickly gain competency with our in-house ERP system
• Ability to work under pressure with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
• Ability to multitask & manage time effectively with competing priorities
• Outstanding communication and customer service skills
