Key Responsibilities
  • Lead central MRO document governance and develop a robust document management framework aligned with corporate and capability requirements.
  • Own data governance for Part‑145 metrics, safety management, and quality indicators; ensure data integrity and traceability across systems.
  • Define data requirements and manage analytics delivery, translate data and support capability‑level insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Present safety, quality and risk modelling initiatives and develop predictive risk models to drive proactive interventions.
  • Map and validate data across systems to support a system‑of‑systems view rather than siloed processes.
  • Communicate findings and governance updates to leadership and cross‑functional stakeholders.
Necessary Requirements
  • Australian Citizenship – due to the ability to hold or obtain an ASVGA clearance.
  • C class driver’s licence.
  • Hands‑on experience with document repository systems, understanding how the system is maintained and integrates with stakeholders (desirable).
  • Hands‑on experience with management of data sources; being able to analyse, present conclusions and lead continuous improvement initiatives (desirable).
  • Training and experience in Project Management.
Security Clearance

You will be required to successfully undergo the vetting process for a government security clearance (Negative Vetting 1) sponsored by BDA. Therefore, you must be willing to disclose all relevant and required information and must have the ability to verify your background for the whole of life i.e., birth to present time.
