  • Coordinate coach and volunteer administration - maintain a roster of coaches and liaise with Employee Services and our Risk Officer in their administration and onboarding.

  • Support student sporting programs and communication - assisting with communications, collating data for awards, preparing content for school publications, and supporting district/regional/state pathways.

About You:

The ideal applicant will be organised, energetic and adaptable, thriving in a fun and fast‑paced sport environment. They will bring strong administrative skills and intermediate MS Office proficiency - especially in Word and Excel, and the ability to manage multiple tasks with confidence. Knowledge of, or the ability to learn, Clipboard will be highly regarded. With a positive attitude and collaborative mindset, they will build supportive relationships with students, staff, coaches, and families, contributing to an enjoyable and well‑coordinated co‑curricular sport program.
