About The Role Nordon Cylinders is looking for a detail-orientated Purchasing Administration Officer to keep our supply chain running smoothly. You'll manage purchase orders end-to-end from placement through to delivery working closely with local and international suppliers and coordinating with wider team on supplier relationships. What You'll Do Raise and manage purchase orders with local and international suppliersSelect suppliers on price, lead time, quality and availabilityCoordinate with international suppliers on orders, shipping and documentationMonitor all POs and proactively manage delivery issuesReview the expediting report daily and follow up overdue ordersLiaise with freight forwarders on inbound shipment statusUpdate Planned Receipt Dates within 48 hours of any changesCommunicate ETAs and delays to relevant divisionsObtain customer POs and verify orders in LNAssist with resolving creditor and supplier issues What We're Looking For Experience in purchasing, procurement, or supply chain administrationStrong data entry skills and attention to detailConfident communicator with suppliers and internal stakeholdersAble to prioritise and problem-solve in a fast-moving environmentFamiliarity with ERP systems (experience with LN is a bonus)Comfortable working with international suppliers and freight forwardersA team player who can also work independently About Nordon Cylinders We're part of Questas Group, supplying hydraulic and pneumatic solutions across Australia.
