SCMS is a subsidiary of Superior Food Group that involves ship supplies provisions, ships technical supplies, and freight forwarding to local and international vessels in QLD. Due to the continual growth of our organisation, we are actively seeking applications for an experienced Data Entry / Administration to join our team based in Hemmant.

Overview

Reporting directly to the Branch Manager, it's a full-time position that involves day-to-day data entry onto the system and providing quality customer-focused administrative services to the business to enable timely control of all administrative tasks.

Your day to day routine will look something like this: 

• Provide fast and efficient data entry
• Data Entry in ERP System
• Data Entry in ABF ICS System
• Liaising with Australian Border Force
• Liaising with customers scheduling deliveries
• Responding to email daily
• Ensure all phone calls are answered promptly and efficiently in a courteous manner
• Entering vessels orders into the computer
• Processing invoice
• Updating pick slips for invoicing
• Ensure all invoices are signed and complete all paperwork as per the company?s policy
• Other administrative duties are assigned by the manager.

All about you:

• Minimum 2 years experience in data entry preferably within Logistics/ FMCG/Supply Chain
• Have excellent computer skills with sound knowledge of Excel Spreadsheets, Email and the ability to learn new computer programs quickly
• Display a high level of attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to handle pressure and a busy working environment
• Prior experience in the food service industry is highly regarded.
