Your Organisation 

Woodforde Group is seeking an organised and detail-oriented Administration professional to support a short-term project within a national organisation in the education and resources sector.

This is a hands-on role where you’ll assist with the archiving, organisation, and pack-down of materials during a key transition period.

Key Responsibilities

  • Scanning hard copy materials into digital format
  • Sorting and organising physical and digital records
  • Packing office materials and preparing items for distribution
  • Coordinating courier collections and deliveries
  • Distributing surplus materials and office supplies
  • Supporting general office pack-down and disposal tasks
About You
  • Strong administrative and organisational skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and SharePoint
  • Proactive, reliable, and happy to roll up your sleeves
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
