The Opportunity

We are seeking a driven and commercially focused Key Account Manager to lead the development and growth of key accounts across Queensland.

This role is suited to a proactive professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can operate autonomously while consistently delivering on targets. You will take ownership of key client relationships and play a critical role in expanding strategic partnerships across the region.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities within existing and target accounts

• Build and execute short- and long-term account plans aligned to customer objectives

• Deliver tailored and innovative security solutions to both new and existing clients

• Develop and maintain strong, trusted relationships with key stakeholders

• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated and high-quality outcomes

• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, technologies, and competitor activity

About You

• Proven experience in a similar Key Account Management or Business Development role within the electronic security industry

• Strong commercial acumen with a track record of achieving sales and growth targets

• Experience designing and delivering enterprise level CCTV, Access Control, and intrusion systems

• Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence at all levels

• Experience with enterprise platforms such as Genetec, Gallagher, Milestone, Motorola and Integriti.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a broader team environment

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in and equivalent role in the electronic security industry

• Current QLD Security Licence

• Current Australian Driver’s Licence

• Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
