Branch Manager

Branch Manager | Part Time | Atherton

THire is looking for an experienced and motivated Branch Manager to take ownership of our Atherton branch.

This is a hands on leadership role where you will oversee the day to day running of the store, support a small team, deliver excellent customer service and ensure our equipment, yard and operations are maintained to a high standard.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and supporting a small team

• Daily office administration and reporting

• Customer service and dispute resolution

• Asset and fleet management

• Safety compliance and risk assessments

• General branch operations including loading, unloading and yard duties

We are looking for someone who is:

• A confident and proven leader

• Highly organised with strong admin skills

• Adaptable, resilient and proactive

• Hands on and willing to jump in where needed

• Experienced in hire, mechanical or equipment industries, preferred but not essential
