About the Opportunity
Perigon Group is proud to be partnering with a highly regarded Queensland hospitality and events destination to find a Finance Officer to join their close-knit finance team on a permanent, full-time basis.

This is a genuinely varied role where payroll sits at the core, but the scope extends well beyond it. You'll have the opportunity to contribute across broader finance functions and grow your responsibilities over time alongside a supportive team.

The Role
Reporting to the Finance Business Partner and Director of Finance, your responsibilities will include:

  • End-to-end fortnightly payroll processing using Tanda
  • Award interpretation across hospitality and restaurant industry awards
  • Time & attendance management, leave accruals, PAYG and superannuation compliance
  • STP reporting and payroll reconciliations
  • GL coding, journals, and month-end/year-end processes
  • Revenue reconciliations and accounts support
  • Contributing to systems improvement initiatives
About You
  • 3–5 years' experience in payroll and/or finance administration
  • Hospitality or related industry experience highly regarded
  • Confident with award interpretation and end-to-end payroll
  • Tanda experience a plus; strong Excel skills essential
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and keen to take on a growing remit
What's On Offer
  • $80,000 + super (some flexibility for the right candidate)
  • Permanent full-time, 5 days onsite
  • Free onsite parking
  • Staff discounts and industry perks
  • A vibrant, people-focused workplace with live events and a genuine buzz
Apply via the link or reach out to Conal Grewar at Perigon Group for a confidential conversation.
