Finance Officer

The ideal candidate should be skilled in general ledger reconciliations and proficien in Excel. They must possess strong problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail. A commitment to continuous improvement is essential, along with excellent communication skills.
SAP and TICA/TRAILS experience would be highly regarded.

Key responsbilities:
• Efficiently address and resolve enquiries related to operational finance while maintaining high customer service standards, for both internal and external customers.
• Prepare daily reconciliations between the bank accounts with SAP financial system and other electronic payment channels, and investigate variances.
• Record customer information accurately, with strong attention to detail and maintenance of data integrity.
• Deliver coherent and articulate advice and support to colleagues and stakeholders, both in writing and speech.
• Support the Senior Finance Officer in the accurate maintenance of essential processes and controls while handling a high volume of transactions, and ensuring the attainment of exceptional outcomes.
