Build Relationships, Drive Results, Enjoy the Journey!

  • Build meaningful connections – work closely with clients, colleagues, and communities to create lasting relationships built on trust and collaboration.
  • Drive real outcomes – take ownership of your portfolio and deliver results that make a tangible difference for the people and properties you support.
  • Enjoy the ride – be part of a vibrant, supportive team that celebrates success, embraces challenges, and makes every day at work rewarding and fun.

Your Opportunity to Lead with Impact

Are you an experienced Strata or Owners Corporation Manager ready to take your career to the next level? We are looking for two OC Managers to join us here at Smarter Communities, one of Australia’s leading community management companies, where your expertise, professionalism and customer service excellence will be valued and appreciated.

With a customer connect team managing general enquiries, a customer operations team providing specialist support and a national R&M team backing you up, you’ll be free to focus on what you do best—building strong client relationships and delivering exceptional service.

What You’ll Be Doing

Like the conductor of an orchestra, you will:

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of properties and be the go-to contact for owners, tenants, and contractors
  • Deliver a standout customer experience and foster long-term client relationships
  • Provide interpretations of bylaws and strata legislation to stakeholders
  • Address correspondence from owners, tenants and contractors
  • Collaborate with our Repairs & Maintenance team to coordinate quotes and work orders
  • Prepare and facilitate AGMs, EGMs, and Committee Meetings—agendas, budgets, minutes
  • Manage Client retention (including 1st level complaints, overseeing problems, and providing guidance)
  • Oversee financials and ensure compliance across your portfolio
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and innovation

What You’ll Bring

  • A current driver’s licence and access to a vehicle
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong attention to detail and time management
  • A collaborative, empathetic mindset and a passion for helping others grow
  • A proactive, solutions-focused approach and a desire to keep learning

Why You’ll Love Working Here

  • Hybrid working model with flexibility
  • Ongoing training and career development
  • Wellbeing perks like birthday leave and the option to purchase extra leave
  • Schedule B commission program
  • A supportive team that wants to see you succeed.
