“We offer more than just a job… We offer a great place to work, with great people, where you can grow and develop your professional skills,” says Sharon Fox-Slater, Managing Director of EBM RentCover.

Overview…

We are searching for an eager Executive Relationship Manager to be on the frontline of our leading landlord insurance business. You will be responsible for creating, building and nurturing relationships with our real estate clients. If you are a natural people-person, who thrives in a busy and ever-changing environment, we want to hear from you!

What’s on offer?

It might come as no surprise that this role is all about relationships. So, you need to understand the importance of relationship building and the value it can add to a business.

As EBM RentCover’s newest Executive Relationship Manager, you will play a key role in growing our portfolio of real estate clients. The more real estate clients we have on our books, the more properties we can protect with insurance (and that is what we do best!).

However, onboarding and retention are not the only parts of this role. Education is a key pillar of the EBM RentCover business and our Executive Relationship Managers are tasked with ensuring our agent partners not only understand the value of landlord insurance, but are working in line with government rules and regulations (as someone who has worked in insurance before, you will know the industry is governed by stringent legislation).

You will ultimately be the voice of our business and the first port-of-call for many Queensland agent partners in need.

A snapshot of some of your responsibilities:

  • Seek out and onboard new agent partnerships

  • Maintain existing agent partnerships by continually promoting the good work of EBM RentCover

  • Respond to client enquires about cover and claims (or direct the agent partner to someone within the team that can help)

  • Be across changing legislation in Queensland that impacts clients (e.g. updates to tenancy legislation)

  • Provide training and development opportunities to agent partners so they can appropriately offer cover on EBM RentCover’s behalf

  • Ensure agent partners are working in a compliant manner

  • Present product and industry changes to clients

Sounds good! What skills do I need?

This role is ideal for someone who loves to interact with others. You must be passionate about delivering top-quality service to clients, and it will help if you boast an authentic and positive manner.

We are after someone who is RG 146 qualified and already has a proven record of success when it comes to building effective relationships.

Most importantly, you should align with our values: incite optimism over fear, be human, do the right thing, take responsibility and honest to the core.

What’s in it for you?

We recognise that no two team members are the same. That is why we offer an array of flexible working conditions to suit the different needs of our people. Chat to us about the ideal working environment for you.

In addition to flexible working, we also offer a bunch of other benefits, including:

  • An amazing, values-driven culture that puts people first.

  • Flexible working arrangements through our WOW (Ways of Working) approach.

  • Dedicated Me Days to support wellbeing and give you time to recharge when you need it.

  • Pet Care Leave, because we know pets are part of the family too.

  • Opportunities to grow and develop, both in your role and beyond.

  • Our Purposeful Partnerships Program, which connects team members with the wider community through a range of volunteering initiatives each year.

Please note, this is just a snapshot of benefits. Chat to us more about the pros of working at EBM RentCover.
