We are looking for results driven, highly motivated and future focused Account Managers to take ownership of client relationships: ensuring customers realise genuine value from the solutions, identifying opportunities for growth, and serving as their trusted point of contact.

• Manage a portfolio of trade-business clients across the full lifecycle, from onboarding through to renewal.

• Drive fast, effective onboarding so customers see measurable value within their first weeks.

• Identify accounts positioned for growth and expand them.

• Meet clearly defined retention and revenue targets.

• Channel customer feedback to the product team to inform development priorities.

• A demonstrated track record in account management, customer success, or B2B sales (typically 1–3+ years).

• Strong communicator, equally comfortable with on-site tradespeople and head-office decision-makers.

• Highly organised, with consistent and reliable follow-through.

• Able to explain technology clearly and simply.

• Curious about AI and motivated to understand it well enough to make it accessible to others.

• Experience in SaaS or subscription-based software.

• Background or exposure in the trades, construction, or field-service sectors.
