Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing the day-to-day operations and management of the pharmacy retail store.
Ensuring exceptional customer service to enhance the overall customer experience.
Providing leadership, coaching, and growth opportunities for the pharmacy retail team.
Ensure adherence to KPIs.
Driving sales and profitability through strategic merchandising, inventory management, and promotional efforts.
Collaborating with the business owners and Pharmacist Manager to identify and implement improvements.

Who We’re Looking For:

At least 2 years of experience in retail pharmacy management.
Strong customer service orientation and excellent people management skills.
Extensive knowledge of pharmacy operations, regulations, and standards.
Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.
