Branch Manager

Air Diffusion Australia are a leader of innovation, manufacturing and wholesaling a wide range of heating and cooling products, with dependable service to the trade. Air Diffusion is on a significant path of growth and now has an opportunity for a Branch Manager to lead our Eagle Farm team.

You will be responsible for overseeing the efficient operation of the Eagle Farm site, implementing and improving processes, engaging with customers and suppliers, and working closely with the other branches.

Responsibilities

• Manage the Eagle Farm branch.

• Oversee warehouse management & trade sales.

• Implement company pricing and discount strategy.

• Implement KPI’s including sales, margin and stock control.

• Manage branch inventory and supplier orders.

• Identify operational deficiencies and implement plans for improvement.

• Build on existing and develop new customer relationships.

• Implement training programmes in conjunction with HR and other branches.

• Attend monthly state meetings and ensure high levels of communication.

• Work with the management team to implement and further develop processes and procedures to ensure that the Eagle Farm branch is using company best practices.

Qualifications and Experience

• Previous experience in managing a trade sales location or B2B sales operation.

• Previous HVAC experience a bonus but not essential

• Skills in customer development.

• Ability to build and develop a team.

• Strong time management skills.

• A current driver's license.

Salary will be negotiable depending on experience.
