Finance Business Partner

Talentpath are proud to be partnering with a large, complex organisation within the healthcare sector, to recruit a commercially focused Finance Business Partner. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior stakeholders, driving financial performance and supporting strategic decision-making across a diverse portfolio.

Reporting to the Head of Financial Planning & Analysis, you will act as a trusted advisor to operational leaders, providing insights, analysis, and guidance to improve financial outcomes.

• Leading budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning processes
• Delivering detailed performance reporting and actionable insights
• Developing financial models and supporting business cases for new initiatives
• Partnering with stakeholders to interpret results, identify trends, and drive performance improvements
• Supporting compliance reporting, audits, and risk management activities

You are a commercially minded finance professional with strong business partnering experience in a complex environment.

• Proven experience in a Finance Business Partner role
• Strong analytical skills, including financial modelling and scenario analysis
• Ability to translate complex financial data into clear, actionable insights
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and influencing skills
• Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and performance analysis
• A relevant degree with CA/CPA (or equivalent)
• Strong systems skills (advanced Excel; Power BI or similar tools advantageous)
