Position: Business Analyst (QLDGJP00012006)

Location: 50 Ann Street (DoJ - ANN50)

Period: ASAP - 29/01/2027

Rate: $107.60 including super

Hours of Work: 8 hrs p/day

We’re looking for an experienced Microsoft 365 / SharePoint Specialist to support a large-scale information management uplift within a complex enterprise environment.

This is a hands-on role focused on designing, delivering, and governing modern document and information management solutions across the M365 platform.

• Design and configure SharePoint Online, Teams, and M365 environments
• Develop and optimise:
  • Document libraries
  • Metadata structures and taxonomies
  • Site and workspace architecture
• Implement permissions, security models, and access controls
• Develop and apply information governance frameworks, including:
  • Naming conventions
  • Lifecycle and retention policies
  • Version control and information sharing standards
• Lead or support content migration from legacy systems into M365
• Ensure data integrity, quality, and compliance throughout migration
• Configure and enhance workflows using Power Automate / Power Platform
• Collaborate with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions
• Contribute to the development of policies, standards, and best practices

You will bring:

• Strong experience with:
  • Microsoft 365 (SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive)
• Proven experience in:
  • Document and/or records management environments
  • SharePoint configuration and solution design
  • Content / data migration projects
• Understanding of:
  • Information governance
  • Metadata, taxonomy, and document lifecycle management
  • Access control and compliance frameworks
• Experience with tools such as:
  • Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate)
  • EDRMS platforms (e.g. TRIM, RecordPoint, eDOCS or similar)
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills

• Experience in government or large enterprise environments
• Exposure to records management platforms (e.g. RecordPoint)
• Experience working in structured governance and compliance frameworks
