Due to continued growth, they are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Customer Service Representative to join their team in Geebung.

About the Role
As the first point of contact for customers, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional service while supporting sales, production, and operations teams. You will manage customer enquiries, process orders, provide updates, and ensure a seamless customer experience from enquiry through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email.
• Process customer orders, quotations, and service requests accurately.
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely order fulfilment.
• Provide customers with order updates and delivery information.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Resolve customer issues and enquiries in a professional manner.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Assist with general administration and customer support activities.

About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:

• Previous experience in a customer service, sales support, internal sales, or administration role.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
• The ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive and solutions-focused attitude.
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office.
• Experience within the steel, manufacturing, engineering, fabrication, construction, or industrial sectors will be highly regarded.
