We are seeking an experienced and relationship driven Centre Manager to take ownership of a diverse, high performing retail portfolio within our respected QLD Retail Property Management team.

You will be based on site at Newmarket Village, a high quality, cinema anchored retail centre supported by a strong FM performer. Alongside this flagship asset, you will oversee a balanced mix of nearby retail and strata holdings, including two light touch single tenant assets and additional centres with similar operational profiles.

This portfolio offers an excellent platform for a Centre Manager ready to add meaningful value and drive performance outcomes.

What you'll focus on

Centre operations - Oversee all property management and building services functions

Stakeholder relationships - Build strong, proactive connections with owners, occupiers, and operational teams

Lease administration - Manage compliance, renewals, rent reviews, and documentation

Financial reporting - Prepare clear monthly reporting packs and ensure accurate billing and debt management

Portfolio performance - Maintain presentation standards and support long term asset value

What you'll bring

Commercial property management experience with the ability to manage multiple priorities

Strong financial acumen, including cash and accrual accounting

A professional, approachable style with high attention to detail

Confident communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships

Current Certificate of Registration and valid driver's licence
