Beaucare is a well-established, not-for-profit organisation based in Beaudesert with sites in the Scenic Rim and South Logan. We have nearly 40 years of supporting our community across Aged Care, Disability Services, Community Support, Referrals, and Child Care.

Location
This role is based in Beaudesert, in the heart of the Scenic Rim—just 30 minutes from Logan and around an hour from Ipswich and the Gold Coast. Working from our different sites may be required.
About the role
As the first point of contact for Beaucare, you'll play a vital role in creating a positive experience for clients, families, visitors, and staff.
Duties will include:
Answering and directing incoming phone calls
To maintain the reception and common areas to ensure a clean and welcoming space
To maintain mail services, including picking up, sorting and recording incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries
Coordinate room bookings including setup and catering for internal and external meetings
Provide support with amenities ordering and checking stock levels
Provide basic administrative support to the organisation
This is a full-time role which is paid under the Social, Community, Home Care and Disability Services Industry Award 2010 as a Social and Community Services Employee Level 1 or Level 2 depending on experience.
We are looking for someone who
Has outstanding customer service and communication skills and has prior experience in a front office role
Enjoys interacting with people from all walks of life
Is organised, reliable and has strong attention to detail
Presents professionally and creates a welcoming environment
Is a strong team player
Is confident using Microsoft Office and other computer systems
Has the ability to deal with confidential information in a professional manner

Certificate III or IV in Business Administration or similar
NDIS Worker Screening Check Card (or eligible to obtain)
