We're seeking enthusiastic Travel Insurance Sales & Service Consultants to become the trusted voice guiding customers through their travel insurance needs while delivering exceptional service and support.

Role Details

Location: Brisbane CBD – convenient access to public transport
Employment Type: Permanent Full-Time
Hours: Rotating shifts between 7:00am – 8:00pm, Monday to Saturday
Enjoy roster flexibility, including some weeks with a 3-day weekend
Salary: $69,500 + super

Key Responsibilities

Manage inbound customer enquiries professionally and efficiently
Provide policy information, advice, and travel insurance quotations
Process payments and update customer records accurately
Navigate multiple systems while maintaining attention to detail
Document customer interactions and maintain compliance standards
Deliver exceptional customer experiences with every interaction

About You

Passionate about delivering outstanding customer service
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Previous call centre or phone-based customer service experience is advantageous
Positive, proactive, and eager to learn
