Online & Collections Coordinator

We are looking for an Online & Collections Coordinator to join our team at Brisbane International Airport. This role works in a fast‑paced, customer‑centric environment with a friendly and diverse team. The coordinator will lead the Collections team and counter at Lotte Brisbane Airport, ensuring exceptional customer service and high retail standards, while supporting the Arrivals sales team to achieve sales, gross profit, and key KPI targets.

• Lead Collections operations, ensuring strong customer service and accurate data/bag management.
• Drive sales performance, KPIs, and profit through trend awareness and reducing collection misses.
• Drive sales through strong team leadership and high store standards (VM, stock, compliance).
• Deliver excellent customer service and ensure accurate stock, customs, and security management.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and standards, while managing team behaviour and external stakeholder relationships.
• Reinforce selling skills and customer service through feedback and follow‑up.
• Ensure team training compliance and uphold airport safety, security, and emergency procedures.

• Proven retail experience in a similar fast‑paced retail environment.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills, with high attention to detail.
• Strong problem‑solving capability, including the ability to make decisions and resolve complex issues under pressure.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Good level of physical fitness to undertake manual handling and heavy lifting requirements.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and shifts.
• Current Australian or International passport.
• Customs and Police clearance.

• Full‑time position (76 hours per fortnight).
• Based at Brisbane International Airport.
• 2‑week rotating roster.
• Reliable transport essential due to early/late hours of work.
