The Role:
Most lifecycle marketing roles are about maintaining existing systems. This isn't one of them. Customer growth here is still being built. This is a genuine build opportunity. You'll have the autonomy to shape the lifecycle function, test ideas quickly and create meaningful impact across customer experience.
 
You'll have the autonomy to shape lifecycle strategy, improve customer experiences, build scalable systems and directly influence customer lifetime value. Supported by Design, Content Production, Data & Insights, Technology and Compliance teams, while leading a Marketing Communications Specialist. 
 
You'll have the freedom to move quickly, experiment intelligently and make decisions that directly impact business performance.
 

What you'll be doing:
You'll own the customer growth function across the entire customer lifecycle.
 
This includes:

  • Customer lifetime value outcomes
  • Lifecycle marketing strategy
  • Growth planning and prioritisation
  • Customer onboarding programs
  • Engagement and retention initiatives
  • Reactivation strategies
  • CRM and automation frameworks
  • Customer segmentation
  • Performance reporting and dashboards
  • Growth experimentation and optimisation
You'll translate business goals into clear growth priorities and build programs that create long-term customer value.
 

About you, you'll likely bring:

  • 5+ years in lifecycle marketing, CRM, growth or customer marketing
  • 2+ years of leadership management
  • Experience owning commercial outcomes, not just campaign delivery
  • Experience building lifecycle programs from scratch
  • Strong analytical capability
  • Commercial decision-making skills
  • Experience using AI tools to improve effectiveness
  • A strong bias toward action
  • Excellent stakeholder management capability
  • Loves solving problems with data
  • Uses AI as a practical tool to increase speed and effectiveness
  • Moves quickly without needing constant direction

Bonus points if you have:

  • Experience in Fintech, lending or regulated industry experience
  • Experience leading CRM, customer growth or retention functions
  • Strong automation and experimentation capability
  • Experience managing people and developing talent

Our In-Office First Culture
We believe great teams do their best work together. We're a predominantly in-office culture because collaboration, coaching, problem-solving, and innovation happen best when we're working side by side. Being together helps us move faster, build stronger relationships, develop future leaders, and create an environment where people can learn, grow, and succeed.
During your probation period, you'll work from our Milton office five days per week to support onboarding, training, and integration into the team. Following successful completion of probation, you'll have the flexibility to work from home one day per week, with the remaining four days spent in the office alongside your team.
For a senior leadership role such as Head of Collections, regular in-person presence is critical to building culture, developing capability, driving performance, and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships across the business.
