Customer Service Representative

Geofabrics is an Australian manufacturing success story and a key player in the Australian and New Zealand engineering and resources sectors. We assist our customers and stakeholders to solve challenges through our focus on quality, support and technical expertise. 

Our products are used in road and railway construction, mining and resources projects, landfill, sports recreation and coastal engineering applications 

We are on the hunt for a customer service representative to join our team in Sumner Park.

A normal day in your new role…

• Previous customer service experience (phone and/or email)within an office environment.

• Strong multitasking capabilities.

• Excellent communication, time management, and organisational skills

• A calm and professional approach to problem-solving

• Answering inbound customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner within a call centre environment-high volume of calls

• Inputting customer information and order details into our database with a high degree of accuracy

• Assisting with general administrative tasks as required

• Providing a friendly and helpful customer experience at all times

• Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management System (CRM).

• Prepare quotes 

• Work with a high volume email system 

• Hours: 7.30am to 4.30pm (Rostered 7.5hours per day, plus 30min lunhc break)

• Monthly pay cycle - by 15th of each month

About you:

·         Previous experience in a customer service or data entry role

·         Strong attention to detail and data entry skills

·         A positive, friendly and helpful attitude

·         Efficient in Outlook, word, excel and CRM management system

·         Construction Industry environment would be advantageous
